Or how we improve employees’ health and well-being
Nowadays work takes precedence over everything else in our lives. We could be pushed to set aside our own well-being by our desire to succeed professionally. As we grow increasingly more connected through technology and social media, it is becoming more and more difficult to separate work from our personal lives. Especially from our health.
At first sight, the most important part of the work process is the result. But how do we get there? What is the price we pay to achieve our goals? Unfortunately, often time this is sacrificed health.
We, at Quanterall recognize that our employees’ health comes first! Healthy employees are happy employees and happy employees are productive employees.
Here are some of our health initiatives to keep employees stress-free, happy and healthy:
1. Baskets with bioproducts from local bio farms

We organize home deliveries of baskets with fresh and healthy bio fruits and veggies every month. Our employees have the advantage to get products straight from local bio farmers! In Varna city, the initiative which is helping our employees to keep the life balance is FreshBox and The Golden Garden. We support their mission and as their partner, we want to share our gratitude! We appreciate the natural product and the efforts that the farmers put into growing our food. For Sofia, our source of healthy nutrition and vitamins is SofinaBio. The mission of their young and enthusiastic people is absolutely in harmony with our idea for creating healthy habits and supporting the local business at the same time. We appreciate the natural product and the efforts that the farmers put into growing our food. We also organise delivery of aromatic herbal tea from the specialised online shop “Droga” and stands “Cup of Health”.
2. Work from anywhere
We let employees choose their workplace — home, office, anywhere with a good Wi-Fi signal! Although we have two offices — one in Varna and one in Sofia, some of our employees prefer to work remotely. This is saving them time — no need to commute to work also diminishes stress as it lets them spend more time in the coziness of their home while enjoying the company of their pets. We are also developing an internal program of organising remote work of working groups at mountain locations with relaxing and inspiring view.
3. Move and relax with MultiSport
We provide a free MultiSport card. It is a benefit that employees can use in their free time and go do their favorite sport. It gives gratis or discounted admission daily to hundreds of relaxation and exercise facilities. The card is one of the favorite perks of our employees as it is helping them keep up their healthy lifestyle and balance between work and personal life. Sport and relaxation are a vital part of a healthy body, so we are taking care that our employees are having easier access to sports classes, activities, or SPA facilities.
We are a software company that praises the well-being of our employees. As we push the “Start” button to run a machine, we give this start to our people with a vitamin bomb.
Quanterall invests in people’s health because we care about them. And not only, we believe that each member of the company is as valuable as the rest. Each element is substantial for the productivity of the work process and that forms a huge cycle. Creating a harmonious work-life balance or work-life integration is critical, though, to improve not only our physical, emotional, and mental well-being, but it’s also important for our career.

Usually, the things that we do have pros and cons. Our lives are absolutely colourful, fulfilled with different aspects, emotions and results that we get. The best thing about our company’s initiative is that eating healthy is as colourful as everything else, but there are no cons. The only disadvantage that could be taken is not being a part of the mission.
